Local scheduling and recovery
This 30 MINUTES Reiki session is offered at a set price of $60. Our busiest months are January, September and December when clients seek post-holiday stress relief, back-to-routine resets, and holiday stress management. Booking ahead is recommended during those peak periods to secure preferred times.
Aftercare supports the gentle detoxification and integration process: drink lots of water, rest and take it easy, avoid alcohol and tobacco for 24 hours, eat nourishing foods, and pay attention to shifting feelings. These simple steps help the subtle effects of energy work settle into daily life.
